How to check Aberdeenshire DJ prices and availability
To enquire about availability and costs of a DJ, :
You should receive a reply from MantraSound Aberdeenshire within 24 hours, usually much sooner. The reply will tell you if your company event or private party can be covered, will give a good general description of the services offered, and will include a quote and a link by which you can pay your agency fee, usually of £50 or £75.
how to make a disco booking
To make a booking you may pay your deposit of £50 0r £75 online from the link on the quote, or you may arrange to pay by cheque. The full amount may also be paid (see below : how to pay).

How we choose your DJ
When you make your booking, we look at the type of event based on the information you give us about age ranges and music styles. When you pay your booking fee, we send you an email confirming your corporate disco booking, and you email us back to accept. You are then provided with a contract by email.
The contract
The contract with the DJ details all the elements of the dj service you will be proivided with, and states dj costs and requirements. MantraSound considers the contract between the customer and the dj to be fundamental to each booking, not least because it contains the contact details of the DJ allocated for your event.
The playlist service
The playlist you send to your DJ, if you opt for this, should detail the styles of music you are intending to hear at your event and any special requests. This gives the DJ a clear idea in advance of the event of the music that will be required. You can send this to the DJ with your contract or it can be emailed to him/her up to two weeks before the event. The playlist is not obligatory, but many organisers find it useful.

Payment
Booking payment is generally made online from the link offered on your quote. If preferred, customers can send us a cheque - just reply to our quote by email requesting a cheque payment and we will send you details.
Booking fee payments are made strictly in advance of the event, with the balance payable on the night or before. Payments made subsequent to the event are only acceptable by prior arrangement with selected Public Bodies.

Aberdeenshire is one of the 32 unitary council areas in Scotland and a lieutenancy area.
Aberdeenshire council area does not include the City of Aberdeen, from which its name derives. Aberdeenshire Council is at Woodhill House, in Aberdeen. Aberdeenshire borders Angus and Perth and Kinross to the south, and the Highland council area and Moray to the west.
Aberdeenshire has a rich prehistoric and historic heritage. There are a large number of Neolithic and Bronze Age archaeological sites, including Catto, Long Barrow, Longman Hill, Kempstone Hill, and Cairn Lee. There are a number of crossings of the Mounth (a spur of mountainous land that extends from the higher inland range to the North Sea slightly north of Stonehaven) which have existed from the Medieval Era through present day Aberdeenshire from the Scottish Lowlands to the Highlands.
The present council area is named after the historic county of Aberdeen which had different boundaries and was abolished in 1975, under the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 to be replaced by Grampian Regional Council. It has five district councils; Banff and Buchan, Gordon, Kincardine and Deeside, Moray and the City of Aberdeen. Local government functions are shared between the two levels. In 1996, under the Local Government etc (Scotland) Act 1994, the Banff and Buchan district, the Gordon district and the Kincardine and Deeside district were joined to form the present Aberdeenshire council area, with the other two districts becoming autonomous council areas.
