how to make a disco booking

How we choose your DJ

When you make your booking, we look at the type of event based on the information you give us about age ranges and music styles. When you pay your booking fee, we send you an email confirming your corporate disco booking, and you email us back to accept. You are then provided with a contract by email.

The contract

The contract with the DJ details all the elements of the dj service you will be proivided with, and states dj costs and requirements. MantraSound considers the contract between the customer and the dj to be fundamental to each booking, not least because it contains the contact details of the DJ allocated for your event.

The playlist service

The playlist you send to your DJ, if you opt for this, should detail the styles of music you are intending to hear at your event and any special requests. This gives the DJ a clear idea in advance of the event of the music that will be required. You can send this to the DJ with your contract or it can be emailed to him/her up to two weeks before the event. The playlist is not obligatory, but many organisers find it useful.

Payment

Booking payment is generally made online from the link offered on your quote. If preferred, customers can send us a cheque - just reply to our quote by email requesting a cheque payment and we will send you details.

Booking fee payments are made strictly in advance of the event, with the balance payable on the night or before. Payments made subsequent to the event are only acceptable by prior arrangement with selected Public Bodies.
